Brain cancer
Brain tumors are among the neoplasms that respond extremely well to treatment with KATRAPS. Over the past two years, over 100 patients diagnosed with a brain tumor have been treated with KATRAPS.
The results of 68 of them were analyzed. Among them, 20 were diagnosed with astrocytoma, 14 with glioblastoma, 7 with meningoblastoma, 6 with medulloblastoma, 6 with craniopharyngioma and 15 with other types of brain tumors. 12 of the patients are under 20 years of age. All 68 patients were operated on, underwent radiation therapy and subsequently relapsed.
Patients were conditionally divided into three groups according to the nature of the predominant symptoms:
- Subjective: headache, nausea, vomiting and presence of seizures;
- Neurological: muscle weakness, coordination disorders, vision disorders.
- Computed tomography (CT) scan result: tumor size, presence of recurrence, brain edema,
A positive effect of treatment with KATRAPS was considered to be an improvement in symptoms simultaneously in two of the three groups. Among all 68 patients treated with the preparation, a positive effect of the treatment was found in 52 of them, i.e. in 76.47%. Improvement as a rule was observed and sustained for months and years.
The graph shows the data from the visits of patients with brain cancer in the month of February 2022. and that's why the numbers are a little different - patients up to one year after treatment are 37.5%, and those who survived 5 years and more are 62.5%, and our overall impressions in the treatment of brain tumors with KATRAPS is very successful, regardless of stage and type of tumors, as well as regardless of the age of the patients (young people under 60 years old and children up to 8 years old are most often affected).
